We’re a collective of the bold, the brave, and the brilliant- the 1%-ers who defy the odds and redefine the standard! Our girls are the gamechangers and pioneers; from launching groundbreaking businesses to graduating from top medical schools, attending esteemed HBCUs, leading the next wave of technological innovation, to expressing their unique voices through art and design. Dear Diary is where Black girls are empowered to change the conversation about what it means to be Black and female.
